I love the picture. But I'm going to be silly and nitpick at details. In no way is this meant to offend or bash at the picture, it's just my OCD being what it is.
We have the pretty thing sleeping while a game is loading. A desktop computer without a keyboard or mouse. An Xbox One controller without a visible console, unless it's on the other side of the room, connected to another monitor. What looks to be high grade headphones plugged into an XP laptop with no external sound card, though the headphones could just be fancy looking and not high end. The bright light from the other room behind the monitors would also make it difficult to focus on the screens. Bed with no pillows or blankets. With three monitors being what I assume to be 32 inches each, 1080p or even 4k, that stand must be super strong to hold them all with a single leg. Also, bed with a monitor stand!
That aside, I know the picture's likely not meant to be entirely realistic, and if it was, it wouldn't be as pretty as it is right now. (I have a bedside setup with a 23" and 24" monitor, and a laptop separate from my desktop, it's pretty cluttered.) So as I said, the nitpicking isn't meant to be serious in any way, it's just me being silly.
All aside, she's very pretty, and I want a setup like that in real life, physics allowed or not~

- I guess Xbox One controller could be connected to PC too, which also solves keyboard and mouse thing. Some people prefer Xbox controller over Steam controller because "it feels better"
- here I must agree, notebook sound cards are horrible. On other side, it doesn't much matter when you're just listening to background music on Youtube and browsing web before Steam downloads all updates
edit: also, she could be just charging her wireless headphones while browsing gaming forums
- bright light could be sun, because she played all night long. That's also why she fell asleep while loading :)
- no need to have pillow or blankets on such a big bed when you're furry and hence always warm
- I guess that "stand" could be just plastic/wooden cable cover and screens are mounted on wall. Just imagine what would happen if center screen was mounted on monitor stand attached to bed - one wilder move and screen moves with you
*enjoyed arguing*
You take setup, I take girl ;)
