| well, the inherent problem is that the script or whatever that xinil uses to code the MAL sig portion changes the properties of that slice so that it looks lighter on IE and darker on firefox for windows users. this means that if you lighten it up for firefox users, IE users will notice a lighter box, and if you keep it as is, IE users will be fine but firefox users will see a darker box. there's really no workaround to the problem as of right now, don't know anyone who has gotten full compatibility with an MAL sig like yours, only with people who actually draw in a box. another thing would be to create a scripted sig, or ask someone to script it for you if you don't want to go through the hassle. I could script it if you want, doesn't take more than a few minutes. |

| Minor changes done, i made the text go behind the render, and changed the title code so that it's always centered around the "pumpernikkeli's updates" part, unless it's long enough string to go out from edges. | yea - as long as you haven't recently changed your avatar. the reason why it takes so long to change is that your old avatar has a cache, and that's where the problem comes in. instead of instantly changing it, it still refers back to the cached image until the cache is replaced with the new avatar. with the other file types, there is nothing stored in the cache, so your new image gets written to the cache instantly and it's bye bye old avatar. I think MAL keeps the cache for a day or 2, so you can use this trick to wait for the cache of the other file type to clear out if you don't want to use jpg or gif files more than you have to. |

| Of course! When it uploads the avatar it saves it with the name "username.filetype" so regardless of what your new avatar is named it will still rename it when uploading it to the server. But if you change the file type, you would change the name of the image on the server, thus the cache would be cleared... I can't believe I didn't see this earlier >_> |

Music is about enjoying sound~| interesting... i had problems rendering since my magic wand tool and my paint bucket tool were a little bit jiffy, something screwed my photoshop up or i just havnt been using it for a while. all i know is that around the characters the most of the white isnt 255 255 255, meaning if i took the white background off and looked at it in night mal ud get a disgusting slob of white patches around since i added a 3px stroke to a horribly rendered picture. |

| ya i found the lines, theyre just transparent, apparently when i tried to paint a completely empty layer, not all of it went white, meaning my photoshop is somewhat bugged so i was rite. anyways i do use dark mal its awesome and heres what it looks like with a black BG  oh and note, the white around the chars ignoring the stroke, is not perfectly white and with a random photoshop bug its a pain to renda so i got lazy. |

| @phrmcy: Nice concept. Imho the green update's color isn't matching with the left picture's colors. Besides that it's a nice signature. @CharisMagic: Imho the center of the signature is "empty". You can use it for the update's text instead putting it in the right corner. Altou the colors is nice. @Pumpernikkeli Good job. I like it. Relunx |
