| I always hated how anime characters like to announce their attacks in a slow-mo fashion. Shinya would've had a better chance hitting Crowley if it weren't for the "checkmate" thing. Solid episode overall otherwise, wonder how Yu will get out of that last attack. |

| Damn it Shinya, just shoot the guy instead of giving the "Haha I got you prepare to die" spiel. Crowley could have killed them both already if he tried, but even vampires are not free of folly and arrogance. Guren and Shinya are quite the bros, and Guren continuing to display badassery. I really liked how this fight possessed some decent dramatic weight and tension compared to some of the other ones. |

| I was laughing at the back & forth banter between Shinya & Crowley. Then don’t chase us!!!!!! You attacked us first & now you don’t want us to chase you? Lolol!!!! I was screaming. What an episode. Crowley’s fighting is so effortless you can really see the power imbalance between the nobles & the humans. I suddenly miss Ferid amidst all this lolol. 12 episodes each season is way too little!!!! And Guren & Shinya bromance is so good. I’ll read/watch a spin-off of just their back story. I’ll definitely read the Guren prequel LN. I love Guren. One hell of a sexy ass man. I’m glad he has some thicccccc ass plot armour. |

| I feel like this fight would be going better with less yelling, blurting out catchphrases, and telegraphing attacks by winding them up for no reason. The back-and-forth taunting was fun, I'll give it that. |

| Bad episode. Only good in it was moments with Crowley and his vampire girls and Guren with Shinya. I forgot to write earlier that Crowley is kinda cool. I like his style and how his squad is basically two cute vampire girls who are in love with him. If i were a vampire, i would want to be like him. But Yuu just pissed me off. He again tries to save everyone and screaming and being rude to everyone and even to superiors. This is actually emotional instability. He is like a mix of Naruto and Shirou Emiya - the worst main characters in anime. And i know that in this anime he will not die and everything will always work out for him, but in reality someone like him could set up the entire squad. And most likely he would get punched in the face. And in general - Guren was right that they need to kill the hostages and leave. Like, hostages are weak nonames (very weak since they werent even killed and were taken hostage) and sacrificing strong people who will be useful in future is stupid. Also all that battle itself looks strange, the vampires seem to not care at all what happens, they are like NPCs. |
