States dont handle it feds do. From the desription of the photo it doesn't sound like she will be charged under any porn related law and if she was her daughter could face charges too since unless i misunderstood she took the photo and that's how US law is made. Im not sure if any criminal charges will be done since I dont know enough on domestic and child abuse laws but it at least could go through civil law if her daughter chooses to do so. I imagine it could go through as child/domestic abuse but im not sure. The US has various loopholes in abuse laws. For example religious exemption. |
